Michelle is excited to use her knowledge in health sciences to encourage your children to get their bodies moving, prepare for a 5K, and COMPLETE a 5K. Your children will learn proper stretching techniques and be given footwork drills. They will be given weekly "homework" which will help them succeed during the Tuesday and Thursday scheduled stretch and runs. Reach out with any questions.
