5k Let's Go!
Join Assistant Director Michelle Dowd and other recreational staff and get up and move with us!!!

Michelle is excited to use her knowledge in health sciences to encourage your children to get their bodies moving, prepare for a 5K, and COMPLETE a 5K. Your children will learn proper stretching techniques and be given footwork drills. They will be given weekly "homework" which will help them succeed during the Tuesday and Thursday scheduled stretch and runs.
